When will I be billed?
Your month of washes starts on the day you sign up for your Limitless plan. That means that you’ll be charged your monthly rate on the same date the following month. We call this your anniversary date. For example, if you sign up on March 3, your next bill will appear on April 3.
Please note that you will be billed on the same day every month as our Limitless plans are subscription-based.
How do I view my receipts?
If you signed up online, visit your Limitless account for receipts. If you signed up at a Caliber Car Wash location, feel free to register your account online here. You’ll then be able to see your receipts.
How do I change my membership plan or update my license plate number?
Please stop by your local Caliber Car Wash and let the staff know you’d like to change or update your plan. They will help you onsite to verify your license plate number and make any changes to your plan as requested.
How do I cancel my Limitless membership?
We’re sorry to see you go! Please visit your local Caliber Car Wash to cancel your membership. Once there, the manager will confirm your license plate number to make sure you’re removed from your membership plan. Please note that you are unable cancel your membership online at this time.
Is Caliber open during Stay at Home orders and/or COVID-19?
We specialize in clean and express car washes like ours are considered essential businesses by the government. Our hands-free tunnels are currently open. We continue to follow official, local, and Centers for Disease (CDC) guidance, including regularly sanitizing the property. Your health is our top priority, and because of this, our free detailing tools and other high-touch areas may be temporarily unavailable. If a site does temporarily close, we will notify customers through our social media channels and email list. Please feel free to sign up for our email list below.
