Michelle and her team welcome you to Caliber’s Hampstead wash. Growing up in a military family, Michelle landed in Hampstead to get away from the hustle and bustle of large cities, although she notes that Hampstead has grown a lot since she first moved here!

Driven by her values to be a compassionate human, Michelle loves being able to mentor those she works with and seeing the smiles on team members’ faces when they finish a project or reach a goal. She hopes that this enthusiasm spreads to customers whenever they visit. After all, she started as a customer and joined Caliber after a team member recommended she apply.

When she’s not at work, you might find Michelle grabbing a drink at Matter More Coffee or snuggled up with her Great Dane/Boxer mix pup Astrid. She loves being ingrained in the community and also enjoys a quiet day at home playing Animal Crossing.
