Pollen Season Giveaway Official Rules
Official Rules April 17th, 2026
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THE GIVEAWAY (“Giveaway” or “Promotion”). A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc.
1. PROMOTION DESCRIPTION:
The Giveaway will commence on Friday, April 17, 2026 at 11:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) and end on Friday, April 24, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET (“Promotion Period”). The Sponsor is Caliber Car Wash, 3625 Cumberland Boulevard South East, Suite 1150, Atlanta, GA 30339 (“Sponsor”). These Official Rules set forth the entire agreement between the Sponsor and the Participant (defined below) relating to the subject matter hereof, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings relating thereto, whether oral or written. The Official Rules form a binding legal agreement between Participant (defined below) and the Sponsor with respect to the Giveaway. Sponsor is the official timekeeper.
2. ELIGIBILITY:
The Giveaway is open only to legal U.S. and District of Columbia residents (excluding residents of Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, and the Northern Mariana Islands, or U.S. Military bases) who are: (i) physically located in the U.S. or the District of Columbia at the time of entry; (ii) at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is older; (iii) in possession of a valid email address; and (iv) in possession of a valid, public Instagram account with “Message Requests” enabled and “Others on Instagram” permitted to message them (“Entrants”).
Employees, directors, officers, and contractors of Sponsor, its affiliated entities, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members or those living in the same household are not eligible. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. HOW TO ENTER:
An eligible Entrant who agrees to these Official Rules and enters accordingly is a “Participant”. Sponsor will post the Giveaway on the @calibercarwash Instagram page on Friday, April 17, 2026 at approximately 11:00 AM ET.

To enter, during the Promotion Period, the Entrant must:

3. Tag a friend in the comments (each tag = 1 entry, only one (1) entry per Participant). Please only tag people you know personally.
Entries that tag individuals the Entrant does not know, or that appear to be submitted via automated or bot accounts, may be disqualified at Sponsor’s sole discretion. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a Participant, entries will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the applicable Instagram account. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries.
By entering, each Participant grants Sponsor a royalty-free, irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide license to use, edit for brevity and clarity, and display the entry with or without the entrant’s name or social media handle, without further compensation or approval.
4. WINNER SELECTION
Two (2) winners will be randomly selected on or about Monday, April 27, 2026 by an employee(s) of Sponsor. The random selection shall be final in all matters relating to the Giveaway. The winner will be subject to verification and be contacted via Instagram (“Notice”). The winner must respond to a message from the official @calibercarwash Instagram with his/her full name, physical address and email address within 72 hours after Notice or be disqualified at Sponsor’s sole discretion. In case of disqualification, another winner may be chosen at random at the sole discretion of Sponsor.
Winners will be announced publicly on the @calibercarwash Instagram page on or before Tuesday, April 28, 2026.
5. PRIZE
Each winner will receive one (1) Caliber Car Wash gift card valued at $50.00 USD. Prize will be delivered to verified winners within thirty (30) days of winner verification and confirmation of mailing address.
All federal, state, and local tax liabilities are the sole responsibility of the winner. No cash alternative, transfer, substitution, or cash equivalent is permitted, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor may post winners’ first names and last initials on its social media pages. If a winner is found ineligible or declines acceptance, an alternate winner may be selected.
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) per Prize: $50.00 USD. Total ARV of all prizes: $100.00 USD.
6. INSTAGRAM/META DISCLAIMER
This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. By participating, each Entrant acknowledges that he or she is providing information to Sponsor only, and not to Instagram or Meta. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Giveaway should be directed to Sponsor, not to Instagram or Meta.
7. CONDITIONS
By entering, each Entrant affirms that he or she has read and agrees to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. Sponsor reserves the right to terminate or modify the Giveaway or these Official Rules at any time for any reason, including any interference with the Giveaway beyond Sponsor’s control.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entries that include tampering with the entry process, are submitted in violation of these Official Rules, or are submitted in a disruptive manner. Sponsor is not responsible for any injury or damage to any person’s device related to or resulting from participating in or downloading any materials related to the Giveaway.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & INDEMNIFICATION
Entrants, Participants, and winners agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, parents, and related companies from and against any and all claims, damages, and liabilities of any kind arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any Prize.
9. PRIVACY
Personal information collected in connection with this Giveaway will be used only for purposes of administering the Giveaway and will be subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at www.calibercarwash.com/privacy-policy. By entering, each Participant consents (except where prohibited by law) to Sponsor’s reasonable use of his or her photograph, likeness, image, hometown, and first name and last initial for future promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
10. GOVERNING LAW
These Official Rules and all matters arising out of or related to the Giveaway shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Cobb County, Georgia.
