Membership Subscription

By subscribing to our Car Wash Membership, you authorize Caliber Car Wash to automatically charge your credit card each month on the anniversary date of your initial purchase. This subscription will continue until you cancel it by submitting a request through our website’s cancellation form, with at least seven days’ notice before your next billing date. No refunds or credits are available for partial periods.

SMS and Email Communications

As a member, you may opt-in to receive promotional alerts, updates, and important communications via SMS and email. By opting in, you consent to receive automated messages to the phone number and email address you provided. Frequency of messages may vary, and message and data rates may apply. You can opt-out at any time by sending “STOP” to the short code for SMS or following the unsubscribe link in emails.

Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Personal information such as your phone number, email, full name, address, and vehicle description will be used strictly in accordance with our Privacy Policy to administer services and will not be shared or used for any other purposes.

Changes and Cancellations

Members can manage their accounts online to discontinue, pause, or change plans (limit one membership level change per 90 days) and update payment information.Requests to cancel or modify memberships must be made with sufficient notice as outlined above. Caliber Car Wash reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel memberships at any time.

Terms and Conditions

Membership is for ONE vehicle only and is valid during normal business hours. We reserve the right to close or modify hours due to weather, equipment maintenance, or special events. Rates and terms are subject to change, and we reserve the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time.

By opting in to receive SMS messages from Caliber Car Wash, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages at the mobile number you provided. These messages may include:

• Promotions or special offers
• Account or membership updates
• Service notifications or reminders
• Customer support communications

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to the short code. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
