We always want to make sure our customers leave with a smile on their face and a sparkle on their car. Here’s everything you need to know about what you will experience when you visit one of our car washes.
Pay Station
When you first arrive at Caliber Car Wash, there are 2-3 pay station lane options. One lane is a “Members Only” lane, which is reserved for our Limitless members. The remaining lanes are for any customers who are not members. Not sure which lane is which? You’ll see a sign hanging above the pay stations.
And we hope you’ll be able to pull up stress-free as a Caliber employee will be stationed to help guide you through the process of choosing a wash level and taking your payment once you reach the pay stations.
Washes
Other washes tend to inundate you with multiple options and add-ons, but here at Caliber, we like to keep things simple. We offer three washes – each are catered to different needs.
If you’re looking for the ultimate wash with the industry’s newest protectant coating, try our Caliber Wash. In addition to getting better paint protection with our Caliber Ceramic Coating, your vehicle will receive an underbody wash, wheel clean, Caliber wax, and tire shine. On average, our competitors charge $10-20 more for a similar wash with ceramic coating.
If you’re looking for a great clean but want to skip out on the tire shine, our Custom Wash is right for you. For $18, you’ll receive an underbody wash, wheel clean, paint protectant, and a spot free rinse. On average, our competitors charge $20 for this wash and don’t include all the detailing freebies, but we’ve got you covered.
Last, we have our tried-and-true Classic Wash. If you’re in a hurry and need a quick wash to get off last night’s rain or dirt, consider this wash. It’s a simple clean-and-dry without any fuss.

Limitless Plans
Wondering what monthly car wash plans are all about? Our team members are stationed at the pay station to answer questions and help you sign up for a monthly Limitless plan, which allows you to wash your vehicle an unlimited number of times all month long for one low price. If you wash your vehicle more than once a month, you’ll save $10+ a month by going Limitless. In fact, on average, our Limitless members save $20-40 a month by going Limitless.

Before Entering the Wash
After you decide which wash is best for you, it’s time for that cleaning action! Here, one of our Caliber employees will guide your vehicle into the tunnel. If you have a truck, please do one last check to make sure you don’t have loose items in your truck bed that may fly out and damage your vehicle. We’re all about safety, so lock it down, so it doesn’t smack around!
As you head to the tunnel, a Caliber team member will guide you onto the wash track. Once you’re on, they will ask you to put your car in neutral, take your feet off the pedals, and take your hands off the steering wheel. Once you’ve done this, you can sit back and relax while the car wash does the rest of the work.
Once you’re relaxing with your car in neutral and feet off the pedals, our team member will spray any areas needing some extra love. This specialty-formulated spray is only meant for stubborn bug splats and stains – and it doesn’t require scrubbing as it eats away grime, rather than brushing it in.
During the Wash
This is where the fun begins! Please take a moment to yourself, relax, and let our state-of-the-art technology do the work. Near the end of your wash, you will see a red light, signaling the drying process. Once the light turns green, you are ready to head to one of our detailing stations. Just take your car out of neutral and drive right out of the tunnel.
After the Wash
It’s all in the details, and that’s one area we specialize in here at Caliber. When you park at one of our detailing stations, get excited for freebies unlike you’ve ever seen at other washes. Your wash includes the use of all our detailing tools, including our powerful vacuums, detailing air (compressed air that is great for those hard-to-reach areas), glass cleaner, multi-purpose cleaner, and an automatic carpet mat cleaner. And perhaps our most popular freebie is the air freshener, which fits great under a seat or near a vent for optimal scent distribution.
