From Q to Caliber

Based out of the Southern United States, Caliber Car Wash combines the newest technology, highest quality products, and friendliest customer service to provide our communities with the best possible wash experience from start to finish. We believe that Caliber exists to improve lives, and we strive to provide career and community support to match that.

Caliber is known for its detailing freebies, including towels, cleaners, detailing air, vacuums, mat cleaners, and tire air. Most of these tools are provided at each station after the tunnel with the goal of making your life a little easier and your wash a little quicker.

The heart of the wash isn’t changing. You can still expect great customer service and quality washes; however, we hope you’ll see even more shine during future visits. Some of the upgrades you’ll start to see include:

You’ve come to expect complimentary vacuums and automatic carpet mat cleaners with your wash – and that won’t change! You’ll soon start to see new items as well, including towels and cleaners (both window and multi-purpose) at every vacuum spot. You’ll also have access to complimentary tire air and detailing air to blow away all those crumbs from hard-to-reach places.

We’re excited to introduce you to Caliber’s three wash packages, available as single washes or as monthly memberships and multi-car plans (who doesn’t love more washes for less?). These will be available in the coming weeks after each site officially reopens as a Caliber. In the meantime, please feel free to choose your favorite Q Wash when you visit.

Please hold on to those stickers as they will work at Caliber locations and will get you quickly through the Member’s Only Lane.

Caliber is dedicated to providing you the best service at reasonable prices. Future single washes start at $10 and we recommend upgrading to our monthly Limitless washes for the most cost savings. On average, Caliber customers save $30 a month by upgrading.

Here are the costs for our Limitless washes (you’ll notice we have three plans, rather than five):

• Classic Limitless – $22/month (your quick clean and dry)
• Custom Limitless – $30/month
• Caliber Limitless – $34.99/month (includes ceramic coating at no upcharge)

Also, stop by to redeem your multi-car discount on additional vehicles. Your second and third car will be $2-$5 off every month, depending on the plan you choose.

Once Q officially reopens as a Caliber, all memberships will be moved into Caliber’s pricing structure. We encourage you to sign up for email notifications for up-to-date information regarding the transition. Feel free to sign up at calibercarwash.com or on this webpage.

The good news is that your Q membership is still active and operates as normal so keep stopping by for that shine! Your plan will move to the Caliber wash and pricing model once your wash is rebranded.

Next time you stop by, let our teammate know you’d like to add a car or move to a multi-car plan and they will get you taken care of. Please note that the teammate will need the account holder’s name and the last four digits of the credit card number to tie the vehicle to an existing account.

You’ll be able to access your plan via the Q system as normal until the wash officially turns into a Caliber. Once your wash is Caliberized, you’ll be able to access online features at your home location page.

Please feel free to use Q’s online features as normal until the official transition occurs. Once the transition occurs, you’ll be able to modify your plan, update your billing information at your home location page.
